Left Kilarney Beach around mid-morning and headed for the Great Ocean Rd. First stop was the 'Bay of Island' a series of larger limestone islands off the coast. Then it was onto 'The Grotto' a hole in the rocks, again the action of waves on limestone. Third stop was 'London Bridge' which is no longer joined to the mainland with the bridge having fallen into the ocean in 1991.
We got to our campsite at 3pm and were subject to a meltdown from Emily when we refused to allow her to cycle down a hill on the levy bank behind the tent. There is no way she would have stayed upright but confidence is ever growing.
A quick look around the town of Port Campbell but we did not stay out too long as it was blowing a gale and absolutely freezing.
